No. Lily is not a property management company.
We do not manage properties, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, negotiate leases, or oversee landlord-tenant relationships.Lily is a private membership network focused on connecting verified women and shared-living-friendly housing opportunities.

Unlike traditional listing platforms, Lily focuses on a private network of verified women seeking more intentional shared living opportunities, with compatibility-informed introductions and screening requirements built into the process.

Property partners complete onboarding, create a property profile, and gain access to Lily’s private network.
When aligned member interest exists, Lily may facilitate introductions. Property owners remain fully in control of approvals, lease terms, pricing, and next steps.

Currently Tampa Bay: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, and surrounding areas. We're expanding to Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami in 2027.

Approved property partners can typically complete onboarding and activate their property profile shortly after application review and submission of required information.

Housing decisions and agreements remain solely between property owners and residents.
If the arrangement does not work out, we are happy to activate your profile and prioritize facilitating introductions.
Members may also access general shared living resources and support materials.

Under Fair Housing Act, we cannot discriminate in housing availability based on sex. However, we're a referral service, not the property owner. You (the landlord) make the final decision on tenant selection based on standard criteria: income, credit, background, references. We simply introduce you to qualified female applicants. You're free to accept or decline based on standard tenant qualifications. We recommend consulting your attorney on Fair Housing compliance.

Yes. Property owners may continue using their existing property manager or self-management systems.
Lily does not replace your operational or leasing processes. -
Yes. Lily works with select property partners offering multiple shared-living-friendly opportunities.
Multi-property partnerships may qualify for customized onboarding. -
Lily is selective about housing opportunities presented within the network.
We may not be a fit for:
unsafe or poorly maintained properties
non-shared-living-friendly layouts
properties that do not align with Lily community standards
We don't place tenants in: luxury high-rises ($4,200+/month), student housing, short-term rentals (under 12 months), or properties in unsafe areas.
We focus on affordable, safe, long-term housing.

No. Lily does not guarantee occupancy, leasing timelines, or resident selection outcomes.

No. Property owners retain full responsibility for leasing, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, and all operational matters.
