First, our commitment: Lily is built for the long term. We are a registered Florida LLC with a clear mission and a growing community behind us. We are not a here-today-gone-tomorrow app.

That said, here is what you should know regardless of any platform you use:

Your shared living arrangement exists independently of Lily. The arrangement between you and your Host, including any Shared Living Agreement you've signed, is a direct agreement between two people. It does not depend on Lily's existence to remain valid. If Lily were to ever cease operations your arrangement would continue under the terms you independently established.

This is exactly why we emphasize independent agreements. Lily strongly encourages every Host and Guest to establish a clear written Shared Living Agreement before move-in. That document is yours, it exists between you and your housemate, regardless of what happens to any platform.

What Lily would do in an unlikely wind-down scenario:

• Provide maximum advance notice to all active members

• Ensure all member data is handled responsibly

• Provide resources and support to help active members transition

We are committed to this community for the long haul. But the strongest protection for any member is always a clear independent agreement with your housemate, and that's exactly what our resources are designed to help you establish.
